Join us as a People UAT & Technology Governance Consultant
- Support AI governance, Model Risk and AI & Data Ethics requirements across People technology products
- Support the delivery, optimisation and governance of People technology products, ensuring they remain effective, compliant and aligned to colleague and business needs
- Work across digital products, People technology, data, risk and governance teams to support product and governance priorities
- This is a hybrid position, so you’ll work from home some of the time and come into the office at least two days per week to collaborate closely with colleagues
What you'll do
In this role, you’ll support the delivery and continuous improvement of People technology products and services. You’ll help deliver roadmap priorities, platform enhancements and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Working closely with Digital Product Managers and governance teams, you’ll support testing release readiness and compliance activities while helping products operate safely, responsibly and in line with regulatory expectations.
You’ll also be:
- Supporting product and governance backlogs, including user stories, acceptance criteria and prioritisation activities
- Coordinating product enhancements, releases and governance activities while managing risks and dependencies
- Supporting testing, release readiness and implementation activities across People technology products
- Applying AI Governance, Model Risk and AI & Data Ethics requirements throughout the product lifecycle
- Maintaining governance documentation and control evidence for audit and compliance activities
- Monitoring product performance and adoption to identify opportunities for improvement
The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience supporting digital products, technology services or platform-based solutions in a complex, regulated environment. You’ll also bring experience supporting product delivery, governance activities and technology change initiatives.
A strong understanding of Agile delivery practices, including backlog management, user stories, releases and product lifecycle management, is essential. Knowledge of HR technology and processes would be advantageous.
You’ll also need:
- An understanding of AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk and risk and control frameworks
- Experience using product, adoption and performance data to support service improvements
- Experience maintaining governance documentation, control evidence, risk logs and assurance materials
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation skills
