You’ll bring customer, colleague, and business needs to form a clear vision and prioritised roadmap for the bank. Moreover, you’ll lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, creating the focus, decision-making, and ways-of-working needed to turn complex problems into measurable outcomes.Your responsibilities will include:Leading, coaching, and developing a product function of Product Owners and Business Analysts, driving clear ownership and consistent standardsOwning end-to-end product outcomes, ensuring the implementation of proposed solutions and measuring the delivered impactShaping investment choices and sequencing across run and change, making clear trade-offs between customer value, fraud-loss prevention, risk, technical debt, cost, capacity and dependenciesWorking across teams to align product strategy and delivery, building scalable and sustainable capabilitiesThe skills you'll needWe’re looking for a strategic, outcome-focused product leader with experience in leading complex products, platforms, or portfolios in an agile environment.
