Join us as an Invoice Finance Auditor and Surveyor Associate. In this key role, you’ll conduct on-site audits and prospect surveys, ensuring completion to a high standard within the required timescales. Due to the travel within the role, a valid driving license is required. Working in partnership with invoice finance coverage teams, you’ll make sure that risk management is robust and growth is sustainable.
This is an opportunity to thrive in an environment where we’ll support your career progression and development. While this is a remote first role, you'll be expected to travel around 2 to 3 days a week in the Manchester, Chester, Liverpool and the North West wider area, which may include overnight stays where required. We’re offering between £37,358.00 - £43,950.00 per year, with a car allowance of £6,000, plus 10% pension funding.
What you’ll do:
- You’ll be reviewing client information to assess their suitability for the provision or continuation of facilities.
- You’ll work closely with client relations and business development colleagues in order to meet customer needs and expectations.
- When you compose your closing reports, they will be clear and identify risks along with strategies to mitigate them.
- Challenging current practices in order to improve the quality and efficiency of what we do.
- Assisting with training and development to improve knowledge across the business.
- Managing your own diary to ensure that audits and surveys are prioritised and completed in a timely manner.
The skills you’ll need:
- To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have accounting or bookkeeping experience, along with an understanding of financial software.
- You’ll also have knowledge of the invoice finance industry, including knowledge of the legalities of invoice discounting and factoring agreements.
- The ability to review and understand statistical and financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
