What you’ll do
As an Insight Analysis Manager, you’ll manage and oversee the synthesis of data across multiple sources, supporting the activation of insights within Private Banking & Wealth Management (PBWM). In doing this, you’ll make recommendations based on existing insight, integrating these with new findings and internal data.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Supporting the measurement of ROI and outcomes for in-franchise decisions and providing reports to senior management.
- Assisting in establishing and managing new analysis and research initiatives, drawing expertise from central teams.
- Working with central hub teams to support the delivery and implementation of user-friendly BI tools, reports, and dashboards.
The skills you’ll need
We’ll be looking for you to have experience of market research or customer insight on either the client or agency side. You’ll have the ability to focus on insight programmes to match business priorities across PBWM. Along with this, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in data analysis, customer insights, or business intelligence.
- Experience in supporting the analysis of customer intelligence and synthesising data to inform strategic initiatives.
- Skills in providing actionable recommendations and assisting in the evolution of customer narratives.
- Proficiency in cultivating and managing relationships with core business partners.
- Experience in synthesising data into actionable insights for stakeholders at varying levels.
- Knowledgeable in data analytics tools for data visualisation, insight, data manipulation and/or Voice of the Customer tools.
- To be highly data literate and a self-starter with the ability to create bespoke dashboard outputs for insight.
