Join us as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. You’ll provide data-driven process insights to identify and deliver AI-enabled Finance digitisation opportunities, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency, control, and performance. You’ll drive Finance transformation, combining Finance knowledge with continuous improvement and digital capabilities, delivering scalable, controlled outcomes aligned to business objectives. You’ll support the development and management of a prioritised backlog of digitisation and AI-enabled initiatives, ensuring clearly defined opportunities with measurable benefits. You’ll attend the office in person a minimum of two days per week, with the rest of your time working from home.

What you'll do:

  • Support the delivery of Finance process digitisation initiatives, focusing on simplifying processes through automation and AI.
  • Work across the full improvement lifecycle, from initial assessment through to implementation and embedment, ensuring changes are practical, effective, and sustainable.
  • Analyse processes using Lean methodologies and data‑led insights to drive simplification and enhance performance.
  • Identify opportunities to digitise Finance processes using automation and AI, improving efficiency, control, and data quality.
  • Apply AI‑enabled solutions to transform end‑to‑end Finance workflows.
  • Analyse and map processes using Lean methodologies and data insights to support Finance process optimisation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a prioritised backlog of digitisation and AI‑enabled opportunities, with clear and measurable benefits.
  • Track and report realised outcomes, including efficiency, cost, control, and quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and embed digitised processes and AI‑enabled solutions across Finance.
  • Support the adoption of new tools, processes, and continuous improvement practices to ensure sustainable change.

  • A strong understanding of Finance processes, controls, and operational activities, essential to effectively identify and deliver digitisation opportunities aligned to Finance requirements.
  • Proven experience in Finance process digitisation and AI‑enabled transformation.
  • Practical experience applying Lean and continuous improvement methodologies to simplify processes and drive efficiency.
  • Experience using data‑led root cause analysis to identify opportunities and improve process flow.
  • A proven track record of contributing to the delivery of process improvement or digitisation initiatives in a business environment.
  • Practical application of Lean and continuous improvement methodologies in digital and automation initiatives.
  • Strong data‑driven problem‑solving skills, using insights to identify process and digitisation opportunities.
  • The ability to assess performance issues, quantify opportunities, and support the prioritisation of digital initiatives.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Finance and technology teams.
  • Working knowledge of automation tools and AI technologies, with the ability to apply them to improve Finance process outcomes.
