Join us as a Change Planning Analyst. Take on a role with great career development potential and harness your analytical talents. We will look to you to utilise your specialist knowledge and provide insightful analysis to understand the impact on the business. You will be providing analysis and recommendations for leadership teams, which will inform business decision-making and support our long-term goals. This role is offered for a period of 12 months. You will work from home some of the time, but you will also spend two days every month working from our Manchester, Liverpool or St Helens office.

What you will do:

  • Use multiple sources of information, such as customer insights, colleague feedback, market insights and relevant business operational data to provide analysis.
  • Financial and headcount reporting including monthly cost report checking, monthly forecasting, budget setting, cost control initiatives, business cases, provision of local analysis intelligence and commentary.
  • People planning, including capability, engagement and communications.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to ensure that the best outcomes are delivered for the business.
  • Deliver recommendations and decisions required to improve business performance.
  • Review relevant MI and provide ad-hoc analysis of data.

The skills you will need:

  • Experience of working in a support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the customer business, key services and how it interacts with the rest of our business.
  • Experience working in a contact centre resource planning function, with the ability to accurately model future staffing requirements using supply vs demand planning to ensure optimal service levels and operational efficiency.
  • A broad background of working effectively with a variety of stakeholders at different levels, preferably in a resource planning environment.
  • The ability to support the change process by completing impact assessments to size the resource, cost and benefit requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to use information to develop creative value-add solutions.
  • An inquisitive mind with a keen eye for detail.
