Join us as a Strategy Manager at NatWest Boxed. In this key role, you'll support all aspects of our strategic activities to help articulate, deliver, and align to our overall strategy and purpose in NatWest BaaS and Mettle.
Day-to-day, you'll be improving our customers' experiences and delivering stated outcomes and measures in the most efficient and cost-effective way. In return, you'll enjoy valuable exposure to our senior stakeholders, including executive committees. This role is available for a period of 12 months.
What you'll do
As a Strategy Manager, you'll be contributing to the achievement of our business area's goals by providing appropriate and clear strategies. You'll be helping to provide strategic analysis, customer insights and market context to support the development of our strategy while making sure that best in class approaches and lessons learned are built into our business strategy.
Your other key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the function, businesses and relevant support and control functions to help develop robust strategies, plans and projects.
- Monitoring and analysing organisational and customer-facing business performance, competitor activity and financial analysis, new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Preparing strategic materials for a variety of audiences (e.g., NatWest Boxed Executive Steering Committee, NatWest Retail ExCo).
- Contributing to developing a deep understanding of relevant issues, collaborating across the business to identify key areas informed by customer insights and market dynamics.
- Engaging with senior stakeholders including the NatWest Boxed Executive Committee to provide them with updates on our strategy including financial performance and progress to plan.
- Building strong relationships across the business as well as with strategy teams.
