Join us as a Network Manager. We’re looking for an established strategic thinker with agent bank strategy experience to take responsibility for a number of agent bank relationships and markets or regions. You’ll be liaising with the co-heads across all regions. This is an opportunity to take on a role with excellent exposure across a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external. You'll work from home some of the time, but you'll also spend a significant amount of time working from an office or hub. We're offering two roles, one role will end June 2027 and the other role will end August 2027.
What you'll do:
- You’ll be responsible for a number of agent bank relationships and markets or regions, working within a team of highly specialised network managers across all customer segments for cash, securities, trade, and collateral products.
- We’ll look to you to liaise with all of our service providers to make sure that they meet the needs of the businesses, our customers, and ensure regulatory compliance, while collaborating and building consensus with your peers and stakeholders on the current and future strategy.
- In addition, you’ll be working with external agent bank relationships on change requests, executing legal agreements, request for pricing, service issue escalations and fee negotiations to make sure our customers receive the best possible service against the best possible price.
Your role will also involve:
- Leading strategic communication with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing input and steer in setting the business strategy across all franchises.
- Overseeing key strategic project ownership across the bank.
- Taking responsibility for the agent bank spend across the relationships within your responsibility.
The skills you'll need:
- We’re looking for a strong leader with comprehensive knowledge of the payments or securities services industry coupled with network management experience.
- You’ll also bring agent bank strategy experience and a good understanding of the current regulatory landscape and future developments.
- On top of this, you’ll need experience at representing an organisation at senior industry level.
- Experience of interacting with senior internal stakeholders.
- Strong change and process review mindset.
- A track record of solving complex issues.
- Strong influencing, communication and presentation skills.
