Join us as a Marketing Manager, Franchises. This is a valuable opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team with the opportunity to develop your marketing skills. You’ll be leading the development and execution of customer marketing and communications specifically relating to investments and wealth management. What you'll do
- Developing and delivering investment focused marketing campaigns, from the briefing stage through to delivery that support the priorities of the business segment and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Contributing to the overall planning process across the Marketing team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Marketing function and wider marketing teams.
- Developing campaign briefs.
- Delivering against the brief, at all stages of the campaign.
- Distributing and signing off campaigns.
- Managing and tracking marketing campaign performance and budgets, making sure targets are reached and spend is tracked accurately.
- Leveraging our strategic partnerships to ensure that our activity such as brief development, marketing planning and delivery management reflects leading thinking and best practices.
The skills you'll need
- Fresh thinking and creativity, paired with knowledge of marketing strategies, models and practices.
- Marketing planning and delivery experience specifically relating to AUM growth.
- Deep understanding of investment products and services, specialist deposit products and advisory solutions for affluent/High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth segments.
- Broad market knowledge of the competitor landscape, who we should benchmark to and identify best practice.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Networking and influencing skills.
