Join us as a Chartered Monitoring Surveyor. This is an opportunity to take on an influential role in our Real Estate Finance business. You'll be reviewing lending opportunities and providing input to transaction due diligence, working within the team's specific terms of engagement. You'll be exposed to a broad range of stakeholders, giving you and your work excellent exposure.

What you'll do:

  • As part of a specialist team, you'll be providing market intelligence to help inform business strategies and lending decisions.
  • With your specialist property knowledge, you'll be undertaking and supporting real estate finance activities, providing comprehensive and relevant analysis of key risks and issues, and assisting with independent desktop revaluations.
  • Keeping up to date with market and economic activities to share your knowledge, and providing training and development activities for continuous improvement.
  • Providing proactive insights and purposefully directing efforts to where the most value can be added.
  • Reviewing customer business plans, construction costs and sustainable income, and key milestones.
