Join us as a Liability Structuring AnalystThis role will see you focusing on secured fund-raising across a broad product, counterparty and structural mixWe’ll look to you to support senior structurers in developing and maintaining client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunitiesYou'll be perfectly positioned to develop your skill set, and you'll be offered the chance to significantly progress your careerWhat you'll doIn this role, you’ll analyse and review potential transactions and identify structural risks. You’ll also take all reasonable steps to ensure structuring activities are in line with our policies covering conduct, operational, credit, and regulatory risks.In addition, you’ll:Manage the internal approval processes and liaise with third parties to ensure smooth execution of liability-side transactionsSupport senior structures by project managing transactions, managing them through to completion with effective management of internal and external stakeholdersSupport the ownership of the NWM Secured Note programme including programme updates and secured note executionComplete operational tasks where required, for example, pipeline and account set upThe skills you'll needThe ability to quantitatively evaluate transactions and dissect documentation to identify and explain structural risksKnowledge of core banking regulations or accounting principlesThe ability to process multi-faceted commercial projectsHours35Job Posting Closing Date:11/10/2026Ways of Working:Office FirstSummaryLocation: LondonType: Full time
