Join us as an Institutional Associate Relationship Director. We’re looking for someone to develop relationships with a portfolio of clients and internal stakeholders to support business growth. As you manage and build relationships with your clients, we’ll look to you to identify any opportunities to support the strategic growth of their business and to support their client base. What you’ll do:
- Proactively enhance customer satisfaction and advocacy by providing them with products and services that best serve their needs.
- Prepare well-researched and comprehensive briefs and pitch books for customers and prospect meetings.
- Use a range of contact and strategy planning tools to identify and meet customer needs, while delivering high-quality customer interactions and experiences.
- Provide day-to-day leadership within the Financial Services Business (FSB) relationship team.
- Collaborate with customers and colleagues to build trust and long-term sustainable value.
- Act as a visible, positive presence in other parts of the business and the external market.
- Support senior leadership to assess and analyse the financial information of our customers.
- Maintain the credit quality of your portfolio to a high standard in conjunction with senior colleagues.
The skills you’ll need:
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills, preferably gained in a sales environment.
- Experience in providing effective and proactive leadership to deliver income through various business channels.
- A strong market awareness and an appreciation of the economic and financial outlook.
- A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes while building outstanding customer and professional relationships, ideally in an Institutional environment.
- An ability to undertake detailed risk analysis and debt structuring.
