We’ll look to you to drive the strategic direction and commercial management of the function as a partner to our stakeholders for our branch network and offices. In addition, you’ll make sure that the management framework is consistently applied with positive and proactive stakeholder engagement and communication in support of best practice.You’ll also be:Implementing feasibility, planning and the delivery of capital investment programmes in the portfolioManaging senior business relationships while maintaining the voice of the customer with engagement and communications frameworkEnsuring the continuity of key property related services to your networkProviding a transparency of cost, service, risk management of the portfolio in-line with agreed targets and performanceWorking with supply chain partners, to ensure timely accurate reporting, MI and business intelligenceWorking closely with NatWest Group Property colleagues to remain aligned to all required standardsThe skills you'll needYou’ll need to have strong experience of suppliers and service delivery performance across a property portfolio.
