Join us as a Document Processor. We will look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by tracking down lost and missing safe custody items. You will be reviewing safe custody items to accurately collect information in order to help us trace owners. You will be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with items on a daily basis. This role does not meet Skilled Worker sponsorship requirements. This is an office first job and all of your time will be spent on site at our centre. We are offering this role for a period of eight months.
What you’ll do
As a Document Processor, you will be reviewing documents to identify key information. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, who enjoys being accurate in their work and can correctly track down information from a wide range of documents. Your day-to-day will include:
- Reconciling items received to ensure all are accounted for
- Collecting the required information from a variety of items
- Reviewing processes which could be automated or enhanced to improve the business experience
The skills you’ll need
In order to excel in this role, you will have strong attention to detail together with the ability to accurately locate and interpret information that may be new to you. You will work well in a fast-paced environment and have good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines. If you have experience of working with deeds, wills, investment or insurance documents this would be an advantage.
You will also demonstrate:
- The ability to interpret information, extract key parts and accurately update bank systems
- Excellent written communication skills
- Willingness to work in a detail focused role for an extended period of time
- An awareness of the need to maintain the highest standards of security at all times

You will join us on a competitive salary starting of £26,010, pro rata for the hours you work. You will also benefit from:
