Our graduate programme
As a graduate trainee in Wealth Product & Client Solutions, we’ll equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work. This programme will see you work with teams that are focussed on strategic, long-term change aspects of our business; helping us lay the foundations for long lasting client relationships and growth.
Over the course of this rotational two-year programme, you can expect to:
- Get exposure to lots of different teams that drive our strategic change
- Develop in skills such as change management, project management, networking, and presentations
- See how we listen to our clients and forge meaningful interactions to suit their needs, using data-led insights
- Collaborate in cross-functional projects and activities, and experience how we come together to drive growth and results

- Nurture a professional network right across the Wealth business
- Deepen your understanding of our products and services, and how they’re designed and managed
How you’ll benefit
We’ll reward you with a starting salary of £36,000 a year, as well as an additional location allowance of £3450. And on top of your salary, you’ll have access toour flexible benefits package.

At the end of your two-years, your programme will end. You’ll then be ready to apply for a role that plays to all the skills and knowledge you’ll have developed over your placements, and we’ll support you with that role off journey.
Entry requirements
To be eligible for our Wealth Product & Client Solutions graduate programme, you’ll need:
- Tohave, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
- A growth mindset and passion for learning
- To enjoy collaborating and working as a team
- A sound sense of judgement
- Good problem-solving skills
- A strong customer-focus
