After two years, your programme will end. Before then, we’ll support you to make an application for your next job and you’ll be well positioned to secure a job in HR Consultancy, Talent Acquisition, or Reward.

To be eligible for our Human Resources graduate programme, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
- To be passionate about helping people to thrive, add value, and feel valued
- An affinity for building great relationships built on empathy and trust
- Great communication skills
- To enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team
- A deep sense of integrity
- The ability to organise and prioritise effectively
