To join our Engineering graduate programme, you’ll need:
- To have, or be on course to achieving, a 2:1 in a STEM subject
- Clear communication skills, able to break down complex problems and explain your ideas
- A curious, logical mindset with a passion for solving problems
- Confidence working with data, statistics, and experimentation
- A flexible attitude, comfortable with change and ambiguity
- A drive to learn, grow, and make a real impact
