As a graduate trainee in Customer Products & Propositions, we’ll give you the best possible start to your career by equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and experiences you’ll need to make a significant impact through your work.

Over the course of this two-year programme, you can expect to:

  • Work at the forefront of innovation to explore new and better ways to serve our customers’ needs through our award-winning digital channels
  • Develop a deep understanding of product development, customer journeys, innovation, and our growing digital banking proposition
  • Collaborate, solve challenges, and deliver the best possible experience for colleagues and customers through our unique Customer Goal and Journey model
  • Complete a variety of placements across the other Commercial Banking streams which will allow you to build a breadth of skills and experiences
  • Study towards a professional qualification, with the opportunity to tailor your experience in your second year by choosing what you want to study

Entry requirements

To be eligible for our Customer Products & Propositions graduate programme, you’ll need:

  • To have, or be on course to achieving a 2:1 in your degree
  • A passion for innovation
  • Good communication skills
  • A strong customer focus
  • To be curious, and willing to approach things from a fresh perspective
