Join us as a Funds Financing, NAV Financing Analyst We'll look to you to support the structuring and execution of Funds Financing transactions, primarily focussed on NAV financing solutions for private equity and other private markets funds, while also gaining experience across our Investor-backed and GP financing products You'll be working with customers, Trading analysing risks inherent in products and structures as well as quantitative portfolio risks, return on capital optimisation and stress testing. You'll also be: Supporting transaction execution from origination through approval, legal documentation, closing and portfolio management, while helping to drive improvements in operational efficiency and business processes Keeping the structuring pipeline up to date for the team and other stakeholders across the Private Financing business Establishing and maintaining credible and trusted partnerships with key internal stakeholders such as Trading, Sales, Portfolio Management, Legal and Credit risk teams to support the business and our customers Connecting with colleagues across the C
