Join us as a Funds Financing, NAV Financing AnalystWe’ll look to you to support the structuring and execution of Funds Financing transactions, primarily focussed on NAV financing solutions for private equity and other private markets funds, while also gaining experience across our Investor-backed and GP financing productsYou’ll be working with customers, Trading & Portfolio Management, Compliance & Conduct, Legal and other NatWest Markets functionsYou’ll be supporting senior colleagues in our market-leading team in developing new structures, products, and business opportunities in line with NatWest Markets risk appetiteWhat you'll doAs a Funds Financing Analyst, you’ll be supporting the origination, analysis, structuring and execution of complex Funds Financing transactions; analysing risks inherent in products and structures as well as quantitative portfolio risks, return on capital optimisation and stress testing.You’ll also be:Supporting transaction execution from origination through approval, legal documentation, closing and portfolio management, while helping to drive improvements in operational efficiency and business processesKeeping the structuring pipeline up to date for the team and other stakeholders across the Private Financing businessEstablishing and maintaining credible and trusted partnerships with key internal stakeholders such as Trading, Sales, Portfolio Management, Legal and Credit risk teams to support the business and our customersConnecting with colleagues across the C&I franchise to share experience, best practice and innovative ideas to support the broader Funds Financing agenda in C&IThe skills you'll need To succeed in this role, you’ll need the ability to develop skills to collaborate effectively across the business at all levels, paired with a keen interest in structured lending products, private markets and regulation.
