This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be great at building relationships both internally with key stakeholders and externally with our customers, gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs and priorities. This will allow you to provide customers with the right advice, consultancy and training services, within your chosen specialist area of employment law and HR.
  • You’ll manage your own calendar, balance priorities, delivering to customers both digitally and face to face.
  • You’ll also be providing suitable, appropriate, technically correct, relevant and clearly communicated advice and guidance.
  • Delivering a range of training, covering both soft skills and technical training.

Responsibilities

  • Consult on employee relations and employment law matters.
  • Provide training and support to customers.
  • Maintain accurate client records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • We’re looking for someone with an NVQ4, diploma or degree level professional qualification in employment law or HR.
  • You’ll need to work with high levels of attention to detail, and a good degree of time management and flexibility.
  • Practical experience in employment law, employee relations or HR in a professional role, including advice on complex matters.
  • Strong background in identifying customer needs, calling out risks and prioritising recommendations.
  • Ability to identify and lead business solutions, bespoke service offerings, and deliver commercial price quotes.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with regulatory bodies or legal counsel under senior consultants.
  • Full current UK driving licence.
