Join us as an Editorial Content Lead. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and creative team, working closely with the Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management (PB&WM) Marketing Content, making sure that our content strategy addresses topics that resonate with clients and are aligned to commercial priorities.
You’ll be driving brand awareness and customer engagement through the creation of thought-leadership content and distribution across owned channels and diverse social media platforms. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and experts across the business, to bring the calibre of our people to life.
What you'll do
As an Editorial Content Lead, you’ll oversee the end-to-end design and delivery of content used externally for PB&WM to support the marketing strategy for the affluent/High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth client segments under Coutts and NatWest. You’ll be analysing and scoping business requirements, using customer and colleague feedback and other metrics to make design and delivery recommendations and drive the best solution for clients and prospects.
We’ll look to you to work with key stakeholders and Marketing Managers to make sure content requirements are supported and effective channel strategies are in place. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing wealth and investment focused editorial content that supports the priorities of the business to drive growth.
- Developing content factoring in end-to-end journey optimisation and insight.
- Engaging senior stakeholders on key growth initiatives to deliver business objectives effectively and efficiently, collaborating across team disciplines.
- Tracking and analysing performance to make the right adjustments.
- Understanding product goals to develop appropriate and direct content led campaign strategies.
The skills you'll need
You’ll need to have experience in leading thought-leadership led campaigns and other content led campaigns. We’ll expect you to have a strong understanding of the topics that will resonate with the affluent/High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth client segments. We’ll also be looking for:
- Experience in creating and managing social media content.
- Sound knowledge of the creative aspects that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Financial services experience in a similar role and a strong business awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver against tight timescales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
