- Translate customer insights, market trends and technology shifts into a coherent programme of initiatives, while setting the risk appetite and controls that support adoption, profitability and fair outcomes.
- Define and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle across families, from ideation through delivery, pricing, monitoring and retirement, to drive consistent execution and measurable outcomes.
- Drive the cross‑family innovation pipeline by converting customer insights, market movements and technology shifts into deliverable initiatives and shared capabilities.
- Take accountability for change and transformation within and across product families by sequencing work, resolving dependencies and accelerating time‑to‑value through partnerships with Transformation, CDIO and Digital.
- Own area‑level economics, lending data, optimising pricing, revenue, adoption, cost‑to‑serve and delivery efficiency across the product area, as well as taking ownership of the product data.
- Partner with the pricing centre of excellence, growth office and other stakeholders involved in prioritisation to set clear priorities, funding decisions and capacity allocations.
- Set risk appetite across product families and maintain compliance with risk, regulatory and operational standards, establishing a consistent controls posture across the area.
- Promote best practice and a culture of collaborative teaming and continuous improvement, codifying patterns that can scale across product families.
- Lead the Agency Banking team, a critical part of term lending’s product offering.
