Join us as an SEO and GEO Experience Manager. You’ll help shape the bank of the future through search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) strategies that drive customer value and seamless customer experiences. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, customer-focused Retail team that champions Agile methodologies, innovative thinking, and creative new ways of working.

What you'll do

  • Support Retail journey teams in delivering excellent customer experiences across our digital estate.
  • Provide market-leading search and GEO analysis and support to achieve ambitious growth targets for site traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Utilise industry-standard tools such as Semrush and STAT to generate new SEO and GEO analysis and recommendations.
  • Participate in cross-disciplinary working groups, presenting proposals, and generating buy-in for search-led content optimisation and creation.
  • Support the design and deployment of content across our websites by completing authoring tasks within the Adobe Experience Manager content management system.
  • Complete performance analysis and related performance management activities, while actively contributing to the wider SEO and GEO strategy through these insights.
  • Act as a champion for SEO and GEO within the Retail business, engaging with new stakeholders, and supporting their projects in a constantly evolving environment.

  • A proven ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments, learn at pace, and encourage others to do the same.

  • Advanced prompt and keyword research skills, search intent mapping capabilities, and an awareness of search engine results pages and GEO trends.
