Overview
In this Regulatory Reporting Solutions Analyst role, you will maintain SAS and AWS reports to support regulatory reporting outcomes and sign-off processes. You’ll collaborate across Regulatory Reporting and Finance, contributing to the redevelopment of SAS reports on AWS and ensuring robust controls and audit trails. The position offers hybrid work with office days and strong exposure to risk data and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Maintain existing SAS and AWS reports to support regulatory reporting BAU outcomes
- Redevelop SAS reports on AWS aligning with technology strategy
- Document controls and processes to high standards
- Ensure traceability with audit trails and documentation for published numbers
- Agree procedures, timelines, and delivery plans for reporting
- Present analyses in stakeholder-friendly formats
- Develop broader understanding of regulatory reporting outcomes and support key BAU processes
- Escalate risks/issues and provide timely updates to enable decision-making
Key requirements
- Programming experience in Python or SQL
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic understanding of banking capital regulations and regulatory capital reporting
- Willingness to rapidly build familiarity in RWA methodologies and SRT calculations
- Problem solving and ability to work independently
- Experience in analytical, regulatory, or reporting contexts
- Understanding of Agile ways of working
