In this Lead Product Owner role, you will set the vision and roadmap for Economic Crime analytics capabilities within a bank, guiding a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts. You’ll translate customer and business needs into measurable outcomes, balancing value, risk, and cost. You’ll collaborate across teams to align strategy and delivery, driving scalable and sustainable capabilities that support fraud-loss prevention and regulatory commitments. Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a function of Product Owners and Business Analysts, establishing clear ownership and standards
  • Own end-to-end product outcomes, ensuring delivery impact and solution implementation
  • Shape investment choices and sequencing across run and change, balancing value, risk, and dependencies
  • Collaborate across teams to align product strategy and delivery and build scalable capabilities
