Join us as a Document Processor. We’ll look to you to deliver successful outcomes for your customers by tracking down lost and missing safe custody items. You’ll be reviewing safe custody items to accurately collect information in order to help us trace owners. You’ll be able to showcase your knowledge and enthusiasm as you deal with items on a daily basis.
This role does not meet Skilled Worker sponsorship requirements. This is an office first job and all of your time will be spent on site at our centre. We're offering this role as a fixed term contract ending on 31st December 2026.
What you'll do:
- Reviewing documents to identify key information.
- Reconciling items received to ensure all are accounted for.
- Collecting the required information from a variety of items.
- Reviewing processes which could be automated or enhanced to improve the business experience.
The skills you'll need:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately locate and interpret information that may be new to you.
- Good organisational skills to deliver to deadlines.
- Experience of working with deeds, wills, investment or insurance documents would be an advantage.
- Ability to interpret information, extract key parts and accurately update.
