NatWest Group is seeking an Organisation Design and Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business strategies. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in organisation design and strategic workforce planning, along with strong analytical and facilitation skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with collaboration in the London office at least twice a week.
