What you'll do:
- As a Customer & Markets Insight Manager, you’ll sit within the product organisation, translating customer and market insight into actionable inputs that shape product strategy and proposition development.
- Your work will ensure customer insight directly informs product decisions and drives customer-led growth.
- Day to day, you’ll be delivering multi-source actionable insight.
- Synthesising customer, behavioural and market insight to inform product priorities and roadmap decisions.
- Identifying growth opportunities through customer needs, behaviours and unmet demand.
- Shaping and challenging product problem statements using customer insight and behavioural understanding.
- Engaging with external practitioners to make sure we remain up to date with the latest techniques.
The skills you’ll need:
- Experience of market research or customer insight on either the client or agency side.
- Ability to focus on insight programmes to match business priorities across multiple brands.
- Experience of managing qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Experience applying customer and behavioural insight within product, digital or proposition development environments.
- Ability to link insight to measurable customer and business outcomes.
- An understanding of external regulations and their impact on the customer and marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- The ability to deliver multiple projects on time and in budget.
