Nat West Boxed is seeking a Complaints Analyst to own and resolve customer complaints across the Nat West Boxed product range.

You will liaise with customers to understand issues, conduct thorough investigations, and provide timely responses in line with SLAs.

You’ll analyze trends, identify improvements to customer experience, and work across departments to resolve diverse complaints with sensitivity and empathy.
