What you\\\’ll do
As a CRM Marketing Manager, you’ll be shaping and delivering CRM and Communications strategies to support campaign briefs that align with business priorities. You’ll play a key role in the planning process across the Marketing function and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
We’ll look to you to lead the end-to-end campaign delivery, from brief to execution, as well as developing and executing customer communications strategies that drive engagement and retention. You’ll also be leveraging strategic partnerships to apply best practices in campaign planning and delivery.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Building and optimising email templates across platforms including Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, AEM, and Microsoft Customer Voice
- Overseeing campaign approvals and distribution
- Collaborating with strategic partners on lead generation and acquisition activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards
- Supporting technical troubleshooting and refinement of HTML and CSS-based communications
- Utilising Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform to inform campaign performance, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making
- Working with Pencil AI to support creative development and enhance campaign effectiveness
The skills you\\\’ll need
We’re looking for a dynamic marketer with a proven track record in CRM, communications and campaign management. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering customer-centric marketing.
Along with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, you’ll need clear and confident communication skills. Ideally, you’ll also have experience of using Pencil AI for creative development, as well as hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Stensul, AEM, Salesforce, and Microsoft Customer Voice, but this isn’t essential.
Additionally, you’ll need:
- Excellent attention to detail and project management capabilities
- The ability to influence and build networks across teams
- Proficiency in building and troubleshooting HTML or CSS email templates
- Experience of using Jira for work management and collaboration
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform
