Join us as a Coaching Faculty Lead

What you’ll do

In this critical role, you’ll create and own the plan for the ongoing impactful and efficient deployment of Coaching resource to the senior leadership of the bank. We’ll look to you to manage stakeholders to ensure that the coaching priorities reflect the business’s people plans. You’ll also lead the planning and prioritisation to create alignment and efficient use of capacity and capability across the teams.

Additionally, you’ll:

  1. Ensure everyone develops their own and each other’s capability expertise across the whole team
  2. Respond to qualitative and quantitative coaching data and consider how it can help improve customer interactions and product and service usage
  3. Support effective business engagement interactions between the coaches and the business areas
  4. Develop a best-in-class coaching proposition that balances external suppliers and internal expertise and drives consistency in products and services
  5. Manage delivery against agreed financial plans, including forecasting, resource allocation and prioritisation

The skills you’ll need

To thrive in this role, you’ll demonstrate Senior Leadership Development and Coaching expertise and specialisms. We’ll expect you to have a post grad in psychology, organisational development or coaching or any relevant experience. ICF PCC or MCC qualified or any equivalent certification will be essential.

You’ll also need:

  1. To demonstrate good communication skills and credibility at an executive level
  2. To drive a data driven approach to coaching
  3. To demonstrate strategic and systems thinking
  4. The ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively
  5. Modern people leadership experience
  6. Experience of managing the performance and delivery of external suppliers
