Join us for an enriching one‑day experience in London designed to give you a deep dive into our internship programme. The day will be split into two engaging sessions: a morning conference and an afternoon on‑the‑job insight. In the morning, you'll join NatWest colleagues for an engaging introduction to the business, our culture, and the future‑ready skills you'll be developing on an internship. The afternoon will offer a hands‑on opportunity to experience what it's truly like to be part of our programme, emphasising the real‑life applications of learned skills.
Our Insight Programme is focussed on placing the student experience at the forefront, prioritising personal development and practical exposure. Don't miss this chance to explore your future career path!
To be eligible, you must be in the UK and from a Black heritage background (students who might identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British or mixed/multiple ethnic groups: White and Black Caribbean, White and Black African). You should be in the first year of a three‑year degree, or second year of a four‑year degree programme, graduating in 2028; you do not need any specific UCAS points and you do not need to be studying a particular subject. The Commercial Banking Relationship Management graduate pathway does not meet the government criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship. Candidates must have a sustainable right to work in the UK.
On the day, you must be able to attend in person at our London office. We'll support your travel expenses for the in‑person event by reimbursing you up to the value of £100. After completing the Insight Experience, you'll be invited to continue your application journey for our 2026 Internship programmes. The next stage of your journey will be an assessment centre.
