Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent service to our customers, always keeping their needs and financial goals in mind.
- Educate customers on banking options and support them in choosing the best solutions.

- Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming experience to assist clients who arrive for meetings.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
- Frontline customer service experience in Financial Services.
- Ability to prioritise work and achieve quality results while maintaining high levels of detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Working knowledge of Avaloq preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of regulation and compliance, including data protection, money laundering and the FCA.
The role is office‑first, based at 440 The Strand, and does not meet Skilled Worker visa sponsorship requirements.
