Responsibilities
- You will be the brand's key subject matter expert on Media, orchestrating senior stakeholders, challenging agency partners, and governing significant media investment with rigorous commercial discipline, transparency and measurement-led decision-making.
- You will champion modern, future-focused media best practice, embedding test-and-learn, innovation and continuous improvement to keep the brand culturally relevant, effective and impactful at scale.
- As our Media Lead, you will guide big, long-term decisions about where and how we invest in media, making sure every choice is grounded in insight and drives real impact.
- You will bring clarity to complexity, inspire confidence with senior leaders, and help the organisation see media not just as spend, but as a powerful engine for brand growth.
- This critical role is about shaping how our brands show up in the world. You will own and execute the media strategy, principles and plans that influence our brands and customer franchises.

What you’ll do
- Lead the creation and syndication of our multi-year omni-channel brand media strategy, embedding audience, performance and industry data as core inputs for planning and optimisation.
- Manage and evolve our media agency relationship to drive effectiveness, innovation and a strong performance culture.
- Lead governance, approvals and assurance across all brand media activity, and build in-house capability for media innovation, experimentation and measurement.
- Orchestrate enterprise-wide media planning processes, embedding customer insight and performance data to drive business outcomes, and own and nurture direct relationships with media owners, activation partners and industry leaders.
Qualifications
The skills you’ll need:
- Significant media leadership experience (from either a brand or agency background).
- A rich understanding of the modern media landscape and how to improve media measurement.
- Expertise in using data for storytelling and natural collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, building alignment through clear, outcome-focused recommendations.
- Capability to manage complexity across brands, channels and stakeholders, bringing valuable external insight into our daily work.
- Extensive understanding of media planning and buying across the full marketing funnel, as well as long and short-term measurement.
- Demonstrable experience of setting and evolving long term media strategies to drive challenging commercial outcomes.
- Advanced commercial acumen and detailed understanding of key tools such as Marketing Mix Modelling and Brand Health tracking.
- Proven experience of managing significant budgets, and making prioritisation decisions across multiple brands or customer segments.
- Experience of leading, motivating and upskilling teams, as well as creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
