Key responsibilities:
- Guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
- Proactively finding ways to continually enhance the customer banking experience.
- Assisting customers with general banking requests such as payments, balance enquiries and transfers.
- Explaining different ways customers can bank with us and the range of services we can offer.
- Identifying opportunities to offer simple financial products and collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Working pattern:
Part‑time 24.5 hours per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with flexibility in the hours you work. Typically, you’ll work during branch opening hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with rotational Saturdays and bank holidays).
Learning & Development:
Start with a comprehensive training programme to gain a range of new skills and confidence. Ongoing coaching and support will be provided, and you will study towards a recognised external qualification that can open further career opportunities.
