Join us as a Product Manager in Private Banking. You’ll be managing the governance of existing and launch of new investment products, ensuring speed to market to support our business strategy and maximise the customer experience.
We’ll look to you to make sure the right customer and product data research and application testing is carried out to generate insights to help design and develop our products. You will have the chance to develop yourself, make a real difference to the customer experience and gain great exposure to our products. You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend at least two days a month working from either the London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Bristol office.
What you’ll do:
- As a Product Manager, you’ll be making sure our products meet customer needs, providing key materials for the business and customers to use and adhering to all relevant regulations.
- You’ll be analysing research insights, executing testing strategies and validating customer materials, all so we can further develop our products and enhance the customer experience.
- Delivering all product management related aspects of our product propositions across all distribution channels.
- Delivering the day-to-day product delivery of the propositions, particularly in relation to regulatory change, marketing distribution activities, financials and operational aspects.
- Maintaining the products in line with our policy standards and divisional product governance, including managing risk, issues and dependencies logs.
- Identifying and troubleshooting product and product related issues.
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders and third parties for the efficient delivery and distribution of the product.
- Maintains a framework that tracks each Products key success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk, and customer outcomes – producing high quality documentation for governance committees and Boards.
The skills you’ll need:
- In-depth product management knowledge, including product lifecycle management, product design and manufacture.
- Strong financial planning product experience.
- A proactive approach, strong organisational skills and an excellent track record of meeting objectives within deadlines and budgets.
- Deep knowledge of both UK and Irish regulatory and governance frameworks.
- Experience of investment product strategy and implementation.
- Experience of managing products and marketing for regulated funds including UK UCITS.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship management skills – this role requires you to have strong presence whilst interacting with various levels of seniority both inside and outside of the business.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
