Join us as a Premier Banking Officer. This is a chance to join our Premier 24 Digital Invest team, making the most of your customer care skills while looking after our customers with their investment products. The skills you learn and the qualifications you gain in this role could lay the foundations for the rest of your career. We’ll give you top class training, and you’ll work towards gaining a highly regarded CF1 qualification within your first ten months in role.
What you'll do:
- As a Private Banking Officer, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, managing a wide variety of customer calls in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You will provide expert telephone support to new and existing customers, assisting with complex and sometimes challenging investment-related queries.
- Your ability to think on your feet and adapt to an ever-changing environment will be key to delivering excellent service.
- Your responsibilities will include supporting customers on the telephone across a range of investment products.
- This role provides excellent exposure to banking services and offers great opportunities for learning and professional growth.

How we'll reward you:
You’ll join us on a competitive salary starting of £25,020, pro rata for the hours you work. You’ll also benefit from:

Your working hours will be between Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. We offer a flexible working, combining time in our Bristol office with remote working from home. We provide all the technology and equipment you will need so that you are able to work safely and effectively from home.
