NatWest Group is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Officer to join their Bristol team. This hybrid role will involve directly supporting customers, managing cash transfers, and improving operational efficiency. You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience in performance data analysis.

As part of your responsibilities, you will maintain accurate records, coach operational centres, and identify areas for process improvement. You will spend at least two days a week in Bristol and complete two weeks of on-site training initially.
