Overview
In this role you will lead the delivery of Sustainability objectives for Commercial & Institutional (C&I) through business strategy and supporting Transition & Resilience Tooling, including the Climate Decisioning Framework (CDF). You will develop customer assessment methods for transition plans and climate risks, embedding capability across the business. You will engage cross‑functional teams to advance the sustainability agenda and help shape a purpose‑driven culture through strategic partnerships and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of C&I sustainability objectives and Transition & Resilience Tooling (CDF) through business strategy
- Develop customer transition plan assessment methodologies and climate/sustainability risk frameworks
- Embed sustainability capability across the C&I business and influence relevant areas to meet priorities
- Collaborate with tech and data partners to implement system solutions
- Explain tools and their strategic value to business and senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with franchise climate partners and central sustainability/tech teams
- Advise on sustainability training and learning to support embedding climate frameworks
Key requirements
- Understanding of current and emerging sustainability policy
- Experience delivering strategic projects that support business strategy and growth
- Knowledge of sustainability data and related developments (beneficial)
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to deliver impactful presentations
- Experience with applications, tech delivery or project management
