Join us as an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager
- In this role, you’ll define the strategy and vision for our Private Banking Wealth Management's (PBWM) strategic AI themes
- Day-to-day, you’ll be working with stakeholders to prioritise progress against our strategic AI themes, such as Relationship Manager productivity, ensuring compliance through the effective identification, escalation and resolution of risks and issues
What you’ll do
As an Artificial Intelligence Product Manager, you’ll future proof how our clients engage with our organisation through the creation, development and scaling of our PBWM's strategic AI themes, such as Relationship Manager productivity.
Your role will also involve:
- Leading an Agile development team to set the strategy and product vision of our bank’s strategic AI themes
- Working with key stakeholders to deliver our strategic AI themes
- Defining the structure and operating rhythm across our business and owning the roadmap and backlog for relevant areas
- Understanding our clients’ needs while helping to drive our key metrics
- Owning, managing, and supervising the risks and governance, ensuring mechanisms are in place to identify, report and mitigate risk within defined risk appetite
The skills you’ll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience working with AI powered products and good knowledge of the technology that powers them. As well as this, you’ll have experience in shaping and driving forward strategies and working in areas of ambiguity, and have excellent stakeholder management & TOFU skills.
In addition you’ll need experience in delivering PBWM strategic AI products as well as validating AI models both prior to and after going live. You’ll also have experience in AI model governance and maintenance.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to collaborate, share knowledge, educate, and coach relevant teams
- Experience building and optimising business and technical processes
- An understanding of the capabilities and limitations of machine learning and natural language understanding
- The ability to present technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Experience in generating insights through customer research across a range of research methodologies
- Knowledge of and experience with innovation and design thinking methodologies, tools and processes
