This is an influential role where you’ll be working in a dynamic environment in collaboration with highly skilled AI professionals. You’ll be supporting all aspects of the function’s activities, with a focus on the strategic analysis of business plans, projects, opportunities, and associated problem solving. You’ll be in a strong position to progress within the bank due to the breadth of knowledge gained in such a strategic role.
What you’ll do:
- Helping to successfully manage the function’s strategy and deliver its product backlog, producing customer value in a continuous, iterative fashion.
- Promoting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance the strategy’s development in line with evolving techniques and best practices.
- Assisting with developing business plans and offering challenge to improve the quality of outputs.
- Developing and implementing Generative AI and Predictive AI strategies aligned with the bank's overall business goals.
- Leading cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration across departments.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into AI solutions.
- Monitoring AI trends and advancements to ensure the bank remains at the forefront of technology.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI applications.
- Providing training and support to staff on AI-related topics.
- Delivering high-quality executive briefings on external perspectives, including industry trends and competitor activity.
