On behalf of NatWest, AMS are seeking Deal Support Advisors to provide an excellent service for our clients. Join us in a fast-paced asset finance environment where your work directly helps customers access the funding they need, often when timing is critical.

You'll play a key role in supporting the customer journey from documentation through to funding:

  • Producing high-quality customer documentation that enables funding to be released quickly and efficiently.
  • Responding to customer and stakeholder queries via phone and email, delivering a professional and helpful service.
  • Reviewing invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing urgent requests where customers require fast access to funds.
  • Working closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve manual or inefficient processes.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work:

  • Confidence communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to pick up new systems.
  • Experience in asset finance or financial services is a plus, though not essential.

Contract length: Shift pattern: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Hourly rate: £13.75 per hour

Full time position: Weekly pay

Training will take place in office for the first 2 weeks. Hybrid working schedule can be implemented after training. There is a requirement to be in office 3 days per month.
