Job Description
AMS is the world's leading provider of Talent Acquisition and Management Services. Our contingent Workforce Solutions (CWS) service partner with NatWest to support contingent recruitment processes. On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Proposition Manager for a 12 month contract based in London or Edinburgh, on a hybrid working model. 2 days per week on site.
NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
Join us as a Senior Strategic Proposition Manager:
You'll help deliver the Franchise customer proposition in collaboration with Customer Journey and One Bank teams-Marketing, Brand, and Digital-to drive long-term customer value and positive outcomes aligned with insights, strategy, and growth goals. You'll also contribute to propositions that support the One Bank vision, innovation strategy, and customer value ambitions.
What you'll do:
- Conduct thorough analysis of data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
- Interpret and understand complex datasets to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Identify and query potential risks, inconsistencies, or issues within datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Ensure the narrative aligns with business goals, customer needs, and market context to drive informed action and engagement.
- Present insights in a structured format that enhances understanding and supports effective communication across teams.
- Engage with Delivery teams to ensure proposed initiatives are feasible, well-understood, and aligned with implementation capabilities.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between strategy and delivery functions to support successful execution of propositions.
- Collaborate closely with the Propositions team to support the development and refinement of strategic customer offerings.
- Contribute to the creation and evaluation of long-term plans that align with business objectives and customer needs.
