On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Personal Assistant for a 3-month contract based in London, hybrid working 2 days per week on site minimal.
Purpose of the role:The role requires a highly organised Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support within the Marketing function. The position will work closely with the leadership group, managing complex diaries, coordinating schedules, and arranging travel and logistics. The successful candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day support, enabling senior leaders to operate efficiently and stay focused on strategic priorities.
What you'll do:- Managing complex diaries for two CEOs, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritisation
- Coordinating all travel arrangements and logistics
- Processing and submitting expenses accurately and on time
- Booking meeting rooms and managing meeting logistics
- Monitoring, responding to, and organising emails while proactively managing the inbox
- Scheduling and coordinating 1:1 meetings for the CEOs
- Approving annual leave requests within Workday
- Communicating effectively with senior leadership and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Personal Assistance experience within a Financial Services environment
- Managing complex diaries
