On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a CDD Project Manager for an initial 6 month contract, based in Manchester operating on a remote-first basis with 2 days per month occasional on-site attendance.
Purpose of the roleThe purpose of this role is to support a large-scale CDD remediation programme by owning and driving the delivery of customer remediation cases. The CDD Project Manager will be responsible for progressing portfolios of cases through governance, removing blockers, driving engagement, and ensuring remediation activity is delivered in line with regulatory expectations and agreed timelines.
What you'll do- Own and manage a portfolio of CDD remediation cases from initiation through to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, driving engagement and chasing required information.
- Progress cases through governance forums, ensuring readiness and accuracy of submissions.
- Identify and resolve delivery blockers to keep remediation activity on track.
- Produce and maintain MI to track progress, risks, and delivery against KPIs.
- Monitor data accuracy and log engagement or quality issues as required.
- Manage your own workload using internal systems and team mailboxes.
- Support engagement drives and remediation initiatives across the programme.
