On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Finance PMO for a 12 Month Day Rate contract based in London, Edinburgh, Manchester or Birmingham. Please note this is a Hybrid Working Model.
NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing everyday banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The bank's expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
Purpose of the Role: The role is for a Finance PMO in the Goal Optimisation team. The Goal Optimisation team exists to own and optimise strategy, reporting, ways of working, OKRs and investment management for the Customer Goal - this particular Customer Goal ('Services') owns all Retail Services journeys i.e. everything from making a payment in the app, to spending on your debit card, to managing your personal details, and authenticating via MFA etc. The person in role will specifically look after all investment, holding the pen on investment strategy and looking after investment across multiple different pots, supporting multiple different journeys to deliver value to our customers.
What you'll do:
- Be responsible for budgets, monthly forecasting cycles, Actuals extraction, and Planview submissions - and helping us to optimise these.
- Be responsible for tracking against investment OKRs in line with our strategy, pillars, outcomes and milestones and reporting against these and investment up the chain.
- Own the roadmap. To do this, you will create trusting relationships with many people across the journey team, and will know how to get the best out of people.
- Be responsible for all Financial Performance regular reporting, trading etc. and support the Journey teams to build and optimise this.
- Support business cases, decisioning around seeking new investment to support work.
- Support other reporting, wider than financial i.e. customer satisfaction like complaints, NPS etc. as well as embedding Agile WoW across the teams.
The skills you'll need:
- Financial Services Industry Experience; Retail Banking preferably.
- Prior PMO and Financial / Investment Management experience.
- Experience of budgets, monthly forecasting cycles, actuals extraction, financial performance including regular reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Planview experience preferable.
