Join us as an Senior Onboarding Training Analyst Well look to you to develop and deliver excellent financial crime and onboarding training Youll work closely with the Onboarding Management team and stakeholders across Mettle and NatWest Boxed to identify, assess, and deliver targeted and strategic learning to new and experienced Financial Crime Onboarding Analysts This is a chance to support the growth of an exciting onboarding operation at a scaling fintech You can expect exposure to stakeholders across different domains including risk, product, and operational readiness This role is available for a period of 12 months What you’ll do As an Senior Onboarding Training Analyst, youll lead training initiatives within Onboarding at Mettle, using your financial crime knowledge to analyse the teams challenges and drive excellence within the function.
