NatWest Boxed is forming a new Colleague Technology Security team in the CISO organisation. The role will lead a small team (initially 4 people) to secure colleague identity capabilities, malware protection, and data security across classification, location, and in-use at rest.
You will drive AI access management and controls for software, SaaS, and browser plugins, while collaborating with CTS and Security teams to enable rapid, secure delivery.
