Nat West Boxed is seeking a Risk & Controls Associate to work across Nat West Boxed and Mettle, applying enterprise-wide risk management and conduct risk obligations.
You'll partner with the first and second lines of defence to identify, report and mitigate risk within the defined risk appetite.
In this role you will develop guidance and training materials, support risk reporting, and build strong stakeholder relationships to strengthen controls and resilience across the business.
